"Unreal Estate from the written word ... It all starts with reading the books, reading them again and extracting all the physical descriptions of architectural detail, brick and mortar, scale and site, right down to the number of windows and/or gargoyles. Then I talk to Terry who fills in the gaps and tells me details that have yet to be written about. Then it happens, a picture develops in my mind which combines all the written information with my own experience and vision and the building slowly emerges from great lumps of sculpting wax. First the outline, then the details brick by brick and tile by tile. It can take up to 2 months to complete but while I sculpt, I am looking at a real place. I walk around the building in my mind’s eye, look up at the roof and through the windows, walk in through the doors and climb the staircases. It's real - it has to be or it wouldn’t work."

The Unreal Estate - The Final Curtain
Before creating this part of the website we have had to examine every master and mould to assess whether each can cope with the number of buildings required to complete the Limited Edition, while maintaining the quality of detail that has become the hallmark of Unreal Estate.
We are now able to list those which are still available for purchase. This does not include those being made for collectors who are in the process of completing a Portfolio, who will be able to complete their purchase at the original prices and, where appropriate, retain the limited edition number of their choice.
We will be working through the buildings in the order in which they are listed here*, and as each design is completed, the moulds and masters will be destroyed.
You are welcome to reserve any building or plate by payment of a deposit of 10% of the purchase price. But you must be aware that these are labour-intensive works of art, and this is reflected not only in the purchase price but also in the time which it takes to make each one. Every building must be individually cast, often in several sections, and then carefully trimmed and finished. It will then be painstakingly hand-painted. To work through all the pieces listed here could take as long as two years.
If we have not been able to complete your order within two years of it being placed, we will agree to refund your deposit if you do not wish to proceed. However, if you change your mind at any time, we will endeavour to find an alternative buyer for the building, and if we are able to do so we will return your deposit after deducting a 10% administration fee. In the unlikely event that we are unable to find an alternative buyer, we will sadly be unable to return your deposit.
