I've posted all the blind letters. One aspect that I find totally unfair is that to complete all the achievements you must post to Facebook from your ipad which means allowing the ipad to communicate with Facebook WHICH means downloading all your Facebook contacts automatically to your ipad. I don't want to do this nor should I HAVE to do this in order to complete the achievements. That is a crock I think. I paid for the app.

To witter on about this, I think it's extortionate to demand that in order to complete those acheivements you must connect your ipad to social media. I've emailed app support about this and I would recommend that everyone do it. Even if you don't mind linking your ipad to your social media, it's still wrong to make it required.

Also I'd like to know if anyone finds Vetinari. I've not found him yet and two others haven't either.

It ended up making me feel incredibly frustrated. Random House digital admits that the "Random House" you must find to complete achievements is just that, a random house. Bloody freaking hell. There's about a million houses on that map. That's just mean. They said it does "sort of" resemble the Random House offices in London. I had already googled that and was trying to find houses that looked like it. They said they would be releasing some clues to where it is later on but they've lost me. I'm done.

This any help to you Beth.

CLUE ALERT!

For those of you using the Discworld App who have asked for help with the Random House achievement, we have a riddle for you:

Though it stands tall and proud, it is trying to Hide,
Between water and water, a bridge either side,
New things sail by it, but it clings to past times,
Rimwards of a great leader, who’s not Mr Vimes

Know what Dug? Don't care. It should never have been just a "random house" to begin with.

Lord Vetinari opens a Palace window (not always the same one) and peers out every once in a while.

I can't find Lady Sybil!

BTW, I'm new here. Wish I'd found the forum sooner.

Right. So the only achievement I've not got is sharing an achievement on Facebook. Guess how many achievements I've shared on Facebook? Three. Yet the box on the achievements list remains unticked.

We got our iPad this weekend (thanks to the State of Massachusetts we won $500 on a scratch ticket) and I love it! This was the second app we downloaded. Found all watchmen... er.. people. Death. Sybil, Sylas, Ridcully, Rincewind, Throat, Ron and delivered mail, taken tours esc. Who I really want to fund and haven't is upsetting me!

I mean, how hard can it be to fund a stupid little red monkey walking around!?

Think about where the ape would be.

I'm not the only one having trouble with the "share" achievements not working. Esk has shared on both Twitter and FB and neither of those achievements show completed.

Okay, so I found the little ape. Now for how about the Dog Botherer. Is he wondering around or in the place you would expect him?

You not going to like this but i cant resist trying and not sharing on Faceborg is an achievement in itself considering on how often they spread your data around without telling you.

We will have as much hope of that coming anytime soon, as the pope turning protestant when he retires.
