What to expect when you place an order.

An order confirmation will be automatically emailed to you, listing your order and confirming the total cost. (Provided of course, that you've entered your email address correctly.)
Normally orders are despatched within a week, but occasionally if we are waiting for stock to come in, or during times of heavy volume of orders, it may take a little longer. If you are at all concerned then email Hilary who will be able to give you a progress report.
If you need your order for a specific occasion please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to deliver on time.

Orders are sent by First Class Mail

Or by Air Mail for overseas orders unless Surface Mail has been specified.  We take care to pack orders carefully; if an item arrives damaged, let us know and we will send a replacement on receipt of the damaged item. We will also credit your return postage.
If anything is missing from your order then let us know as soon as possible.  If your order fails to arrive, please let us know within 21 days of placing the order so that we can send a replacement, if possible.  After that time we cannot accept any responsibility for investigating a missing order.  The quality of what we produce is well known, but if you are not happy with your order, a full refund will be given if the item is returned in good condition.

Information for Buyers in Foreign Parts

We are obliged to charge in GB sterling, but your card provider will convert this into your home currency on your card statement.  The following chart gives an approximate idea of what your order will cost.
